Generally, you’ll receive the best travel rates when you book your ticket within 45 days before the departure date. If your budget is preventing your from booking your travel ticket sooner, you can pay later and still enjoy savings from early bookings.
The advance deposit is 20% of the trip’s total cost & will depend on the cancellation fee of airline or package provided. Holiday Business Executives can inform you on the advance payment for specific packages and address any questions you may have.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your advance payment, but refund is subject to cancellation reason admitted and 16 days prior to Travel date with a deduction of taxes applicable.
We’ll provide you with the flexibility to make payments on a yearly, bi-monthly or monthly instalments (Maximum 24 months EMI – 6 months EMI). Please note the outstanding payment balance must be cleared as per the financed tenure date approved.
